For Monochrome Legacy events, a gallery link and PIN may be shared publicly at the event or afterward to allow guests to download portraits. If you prefer your gallery to remain private, please notify us in writing prior to or immediately following your event.

We may showcase select images on our:

• Social media accounts

• Marketing materials

This is standard industry practice and helps others understand the style and quality of our work. If you do not wish for your images to be used for promotional purposes, please email us at alex@alexchapmanstudios.com prior to or immediately after receiving your gallery.

Our galleries are hosted through secure, industry-standard platforms (e.g., Pixieset, Pic-Time, or similar) with encrypted connections. We take reasonable steps to protect your data and imagery from unauthorized access.
