Terms of Service for Client Photo Galleries
Alex Chapman Studios | Monochrome Legacy
Effective Date: May 15, 2025
By accessing your gallery provided by Alex Chapman Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Gallery Access
Your gallery is for personal use only and will remain active for a minimum of 60 days from the delivery date. Alex Chapman Studios reserves the right to remove galleries after this period unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Downloads & Licensing
All digital images included in your collection are licensed for personal use only. You may:
Download and share images with family and friends.
Print images for personal use.
You may not:
Use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.
Edit, alter, or add filters to the images in a way that misrepresents our work.
Sell or sublicense the images.
3. Image Integrity
Alex Chapman Studios retains the right to protect the integrity of its work. Please do not crop, apply filters, or otherwise alter the delivered images. For special edits or retouching requests, contact us directly for pricing and availability.
4. Copyright
All images remain the copyright of Alex Chapman Studios. This includes, but is not limited to, images from Monochrome Legacy portrait stations, wedding galleries, and commercial shoots. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the images in accordance with these Terms.
5. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up all files during the delivery period. Alex Chapman Studios is not liable for loss of access due to expired galleries or client inaction.
6. Usage by Alex Chapman Studios
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that Alex Chapman Studios may use images from your gallery for promotional purposes including, but not limited to: website, portfolio, social media, and marketing materials—unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Printing
You may print your images through our online gallery store or a professional lab of your choice. However, we cannot guarantee color accuracy or quality for prints made outside of our partner labs.
